I agree that companies should implement the government's suggested working hours. There are a lot of reasons. First of all, many employees in Korea company can't get off work on regular time. Employees are a parent of one family, so, they need to have enough time with their family. But, In fact, The most of companies tend to not obey abovemetioned nation policy. They are not care of their employees that how they feel to hard and how they want to take a rest . the Korea goverment needs to strictly monitor that how many companies implement it and they should recommend that companies have to more paid to employee who do over work
